Shipping Information

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Many pitching machines, custom cages and distribution systems are custom-built operations that may require 6-8 weeks for fabrication before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

• Standard items: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
• Large equipment (cages, commercial machines): Freight shipping - we'll contact you with a quote
• Free shipping is available on noted items (excludes freight items)

Delivery Times:

• Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days (available for select items)
• Freight shipping: 7-14 business days after dispatch

Dropshipped Items: Some products ship directly from our trusted suppliers. You may receive multiple shipments for a single order.

International Shipping: We currently ship to [list countries]. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
